Your listings mention the manufactures Premium and Generic. What does this mean?
As there are so many different brands of bearings and associated products, we have put the brands in to two categories.
Premium brands (P) can be any of the top makes like SKF, FAG, NTN, Timken etc
Generic brands (A) are budget or unbranded makes.
What happens if we need to speak to you?
Send us a message and include your phone number and we will ring you back.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We will do our best to despatch up to 3.30 pm for goods in stock.
Sometimes we run out of stock, but don't worry as we should still be able to get your order to you in a couple of days maximum.
How do you send your orders out?
It depends on the size and weight of the parcel!
We use 1st and 2nd class post. For heavier parcels, we use Parcelforce.

Do you sell other products not listed on your site?
Yes we sell hundreds of products which are not yet listed on our site. We are adding products all the time so you are welcome to keep checking or send us a message with any enquiries you may have.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We will contact you and advise the current delivery time and sometimes we will offer you a suitable alternative
