Description

B510 - GASKET MAKER Bondloc B510 is a high temperature resistant anaerobic sealant which cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal parts. B510 has high temperature and chemical resistance and provides an instant low pressure seal. Typical applications include sealing rigid flange faces on transmissions and motor casings. Suitable for surface imperfections up to 0.25mm. Colour: Pink
Viscosity: 40,000 – 140,000cps
Gap Fill: 0.25mm
Tensile Strength on Steel: < 5N/mm2 (ISO 4587)
Fixture Speed: 15 mins – 2 hours with activator
Full Cure Time: 12 hours
