Description
Bondloc B601 is a high strength anaerobic retaining compound suitable for permanent bonds, its low viscosity makes it suitable for filling small gaps. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces. Ideal for all types of cylindrical parts, such as bearings, gears, splines, pulleys and keyways. Colour: Green
Viscosity: 100 – 150cps
Gap Fill: 0.15mm
Breakaway Strength on Steel: >15N/mm2 (ISO 4587)
Prevail Torque: 25 – 50Nm
Fixture Time: < 15 mins with activator
Full Cure Time: 3 – 6 hours
Min / Max Temp: -55°C – +150°C
